Basically there are 3 Sound plans to choose from:

1. Gravity Bender(AKA Sound 5000)

All three plans offer $10 generic prescription drugs, $40 copays for doctor visits and $100 copays for the Emergency room.

The main differences between the plans are the annual deductible (ranges from $1500-$5000) and number of copay-only visits to the doctor (from 4- to unlimited). Get all the details under the Plan Overviews tab.

The price of Sound for someone under 30 ranges from $81 - $191 (Depends on age, zip and plan type).

The application will tell you your price before you submit it.

Unicare SoundPPO plans include coverage for:
• Doctor visits
• Generic prescription drugs
• Specialists
• Traveling out of state
• Emergency room
• Surgery etc.
• Basic Dental
• Eye exams, glasses or contacts
